Inn Policies

1. Cancellations: prior to 14 days = 100% refund; 14 days or less = no refund
          Exceptions: Severe Weather (Hurricane) Deemed by the State of Maine = 50% refund
2. We are a “NO SMOKING” property
3. We do not allow pets of any kind, out of respect for our guests with allergies
4. Every space in the Inn has fire sprinklers and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. Please do not
    tamper with the sprinklers, smoke alarms, and pipes
5. Parties of any kind must be pre-approved by Innkeeper

6. Please be considerate of other guests by observing our quiet hours from 9:00 pm – 9:00 am
